SAP ALM (Solution Manager) Roadshow er endelig tilbake!

It is now well over two years since we held our last SAP ALM or Solution Manager Roadshow. In fact, we have had no ALM or Solution Manager events since the Solution Manager Roadshow 2019. Despite Covid 19, development of SAP tools and processes continues as before so this event is long overdue.

During the SAP expert-led webinar you can learn about SAP’s ALM strategy, understand the value of SAP's ALM offerings for cloud and hybrid scenarios, and get insights into the latest functionality of these tools. The 4 hour event will focus on SAP's strategic ALM products SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run and SAP Cloud ALM. My thought on this, is that we should spend more of the time on Solution Manager as that’s where the vast majority of our members are right now. However, I would appreciate thoughts and views on this so please let me know what you would prefer, either by email or give me a ring.

In addition to the session from SAP’s own experts, we have a slot for a customer presentation where I hope that one of our experienced member companies will present their solution for integrating Charm with their own customer service management (CSM) solution. This is the first time that the ALM Roadshow will be held remotely and while remote events offer some positives compared to their face-to-face equivalents, we hope it won’t be too long before we can meet again in person to discuss this specialist area within SAP.
