In SBN we are looking for an employee of a SAP Customer interested in driving the sustainability area in SBN.
The sustainability area holds many areas of interest.
One important is the higher purpose of a better world which translates into gathering data to making wise decisions.
Our governments and the EU forces companies and citizens to choose what they have identified as a sustainable directions. To make companies move in this directions they have created demands for reporting which highlight the values they find important to reduce or increase.
The Reporting is still very often a "best estimate".
New SAP solutions make it possible gathering correct data in the actual processes. Based on this information taking decisions about how to better produce or transport and also using this information for reporting purposes.
Many processes are outside, like waste. Often handled more or less manual. Waste can be sold or given away and used as raw material by an other company or in internal processes. These processes need to be supported by a system. With system support it becomes possible to gather correct data in the actual process to optimise process and report.
Also information about people, female, male, age, education level, etc etc is included in reporting demands.
Or should we only focus on reporting? A very large topic due to all regulations and requirements
