The SUGEN F2F Meeting April 07, 2025 started with a Best Practice Day
Amanda Gibbs (AFSUG, Australia), Ronald Schippers (VNSG, The Netherlands), and Craig Dale (UKISUG, UK and Ireland) organized an icebreaker at the start of the day. As shown in the picture above, the event fostered a positive atmosphere.

The day was filled with Presentations and panel Discussions on topics like:
- The ROI of User Group Events: Measuring Success Beyond Attendance Various
- What’s the importance of KPIs? Why did you choose them?
- The Power of Partnerships – How can User Group Partners drive Engagement and Growth?
Partner Contribution Framework was was introduced by UK.
The discussions were performed like a Rotating Group Work on the topics of: Involvement, Success Measure, Consequences.
Presentation of Ideation Outcomes & Discussion was presented by all the groups. In picture the Netherlands.
It was as always, insightful to observe how different user groups generate member value. This meeting fosters valuable cross-learning. Our proximity to SAP in Germany is a significant advantage for Norway and the Nordic region. This closeness likely contributes to a higher level of SAP expertise among employees, consultants, and customers in our area wich we benefit from.
