The extension of Thomas Saueressig, head of Customer Services & Delivery, board contract until 2028

The appointment of Sebastian Steinhäuser (picture) to the board and the creation of the new board area "Strategy & Operations", as well as the newly established expanded board and other important management positions.

Jan Gilg and Emmanuel Raptopoulos will Co-Lead Customer Success: they will each take on the role of Chief Revenue Officer as the co-leads of the Customer Success organization, reporting directly to Christian.

Based in New York, Jan will oversee the new SAP Americas region, while Manos, based in Milan, will be responsible for the APAC (Asia Pacific), EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), and MEE (Middle and Eastern Europe) regions.
