The presentation "Norgesgruppen, experience so far from the S/4HANA project" with John Christian Hveding, Team lead architecture&platform NorgesGruppen and Sindre Stabell SAP Business Architecture Associate Director at Accenture is well worth listening to. They have both long project leader experience.

This is project implementing also NorgesGruppens overall strategy to move from home-made and customised to standard. NorgesGruppen has used Signavio to identify standard processes and exceptions.
