Siden januar 2022 har FREYR Battery vært live med sitt S/4HANA Cloud, public edition system, og siden den gang har systemet blitt oppgradert hele fire ganger. For FREYR Battery var det viktig å komme i gang raskt med et moderne system som fundament, og deretter videre verdiskapning i takt med selskapets vekst. Sopra Steria har stått ved FREYR Battery sin side fra implementering til drift og kontinuerlig forbedring siden 2021. Sammen deler vi våre erfaringer med hvordan det er å være i drift med S/4HANA Cloud, public edition.

Integrated Reporting and system support of the "Last Mile of Finance" is getting more and more important for most Finance Functions. The recently approved CSRD regulation from the EU will only make this more urgent for most companies in the European area. The combination of traditional annual report with selected parts of the sustainability report is causing process challenges in many companies and we see the auditors request a better system process support going forward.

Based on a number of use cases in the Norwegian market, NTT DATA Business Solutions will showcase how the customers are using Workiva to collect and create their ESG report and link it to the relevant ESG framework. And how they easily can combine the annual report with numbers from their sustainability report going forward. Integration to SAP will also be addressed.
 

Norsk Hydro Datasphere Journey 

Hydro’s SAP analytics concept was based around the use of S/4HANA, BW/4HANA and the analytical front-end tools SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Analysis for Office (AO). This was the backbone for SAP enterprise analytics and highly governed by IT (CDS views in S/4 and calculations views in BW/4). The front-end tools SAC and AO enable business users with flexibility in terms of self-service visualization and light weight “modelling” functions.

HxM in Successfactors – Standard SAP analytics and planning options

Interfaces is created to prepare for seamless integration to other functions. Single source of truth and avoid duplication of data as far as possible.

Hydro uses TM

The scope of the project has been the transportation flow and inventory management of inbound logistics for raw materials in both bulk and containers. 
The Projects has covered the inbound logistics from suppliers in the US, China and Europe to the Norwegian plants at the west coast of Norway, also covering the logistic flow via interim storage at hubs in both Netherland and Norway using SAP TM and MM.

A transportation-app utilized by Coop with SAP BTP: a practical example of a modern phone-app, using SAP BTP and Mobile Services with ECC Retail as back-end.
Bouvet together with Coop will present use-cases for the app, show some setup and configuration and explain how SAP BTP was used. We will show you a simple demo as well as sharing some thoughts regarding the choice between native-apps vs some different low code options.
