On the Pentecost weekend this year, Salling Group successfully completed their near-zero-downtime transformation to S/4HANA. To keep internal teams focused on business continuity—and avoid disruption—Salling Group brought in smartShift to lead the custom code remediation workstream.

IFRS 18, Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements, implies a redefinition of the structure of the statement of profit and loss as well as introduces new categories etc.. 
Retrospective application is mandatory, meaning comparative periods must be restated. Interim statements in the year of adoption must reflect the new formats and comparatives as well. It means that you need to be prepared from next year or 2026.

We invite you to join a combination of a presentation and a panel discussion/conversation between KPMG, SAP as well as Statkraft and  Vårgrønn as reference cases.     1. KPMG will explain what IFRS 18 means and what it implies and some advice on practical considerations on the implementation of the standard. 
    2. SAP will present what and if any standard functionality can contribute in the matter as well as explain why they think that advanced foreign currency valuation is recommended.
    3. Statkraft and Vårgrønn will elaborate on how they go about making the necessary changes in account structures or hierarchies and systems (treasury) to adapt to the new standard.

Statlige HR- og lønnstjenester står foran et digitalt skifte – fra manuelle rutiner til automatisert varsling og smartere drift. Med SAP Cloud ALM kan vi overvåke og forbedre både SAP- og ikke-SAP-systemer, og skape en mer robust og effektiv tjenesteleveranse. Automatisering gir bedre kontroll, raskere respons og økt kvalitet – samtidig som det frigjør tid fra repetitive oppgaver.

Men teknologien alene er ikke nok. Når også ikke-IT-ansatte får innsikt i hva vi gjør og hvordan systemene fungerer, kan de bidra med verdifulle innspill. De kjenner hverdagen best, og kan identifisere manuelle prosesser som bør effektiviseres – eller områder der vi i dag ikke fanger opp svakheter i systemene. Sammen bygger vi en smartere og mer bærekraftig digital hverdag i staten.

Lyse deler sine erfaringer med Travel & Expense i Concur etter flere års bruk av løsningen.
De vil snakke om både gevinster og utfordringer, og også fortelle om bakgrunnen for at Concur ble valgt som løsning for flere år siden.

Blant annet: Altinn 3 er tredje generasjon plattform for å utvikle og kjøre digitale tjenester.  Altinn eies av Digitaliseringsdirektoratet og utvikles som åpen kildekode. Den nåværende løsningen og plattformen (Altinn II - lansert i 2010) regnes av Gartner som en av verdens fem ledende plattformer for digitale myndigheter.

Dette er brukernes møte på høstkonferansen, hvor temaer foreslått av dere blir satt på dagsorden til diskusjon/utveksling av erfaringer/tanker/ideer og spørsmål. 
Blant temaene som er tenkt diskutert og presentert er: 

• Rapportering og Analyse i og utenfor SuccessFactors av HCM-data, hvor vi starter med at DFØ vil gi et faglig innlegg av hvordan de bruker Analytics hos seg med oppfordring til andre om å dele sine løsninger, erfaringer og utfordringer og mulige forbedringsområder.
• Vi gjør tilsvarende for temaet SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) og integrasjon mellom SF og andre systemer, bl.a. at DFØ gir en kort innføring av hvordan de har etablert og forvalter sine integrasjoner. Også her håper vi på innlegg og diskusjoner med medlemmene.
• Hvem av SBN's medlemmer har høstet erfaringer med bruk av mobilapp i SAP SF? Vi åpner for diskusjon om interessen er tilstede.

Norsk Hydro has successfully deployed SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM 2410) for mobile, offline maintenance execution and digital checklists for its three plants in Brazil. The solution is leveraging Fiori and standardized processes to enhance usability and consistency. The first 150 users are live. The deployment has proven the value of mobile-first, standardised maintenance in extreme field conditions. There are expansion plans across Norsk Hydro’s broader Aluminum Metals division – including smelter maintenance and warehouse operations – signal a significant scale-up and strategic commitment to digital field operations.

In this session, we’ll share lessons learned from master data cleansing projects, showing how poor data quality impacts outcomes and how empowering business users as citizen developers accelerates preparation, drives accountability, and ensures long-term value.
 Data is the backbone of every digital transformation, whether migrating to SAP S/4HANA or adopting AI-driven solutions. Yet many organizations underestimate the effort required to ensure that master data is accurate, consistent, and trusted before these projects begin. The cost of poor data quality often shows up as delays, budget overruns, and reduced business value.
In this session, we will share real-world experiences from supporting customers in large-scale data cleansing projects—highlighting what works when preparing data for S/4HANA migrations and AI initiatives. We will also explore the role of citizen development in empowering business users to take ownership of data quality, enabling them to cleanse, validate, and govern data while reducing the burden on IT.
