To realize this need, SAP has created the tool “SAP Enable Now” which serves as “Intelligent user assistant”.
 
SAP Enable Now is an enterprise cloud and on-premise application for knowledge management, both for SAP and non-SAP solutions.
The tool provides on-premise or cloud deployment, rapid authoring capabilities, single-source recordings, and customizable learning content.
