Focus on SAP Service and Support

SBN CLT has started an initiative with focus on Service and Support. Our aim is to do a member survey where we ask you what you think and your experience. To do so we discovered we needed a lot more knowledge to be able to ask the right questions.
Face2Face it was Kristin Teigen. SAP, Dag Håkon Myrdal from Aker Solutions and me. We meet in the new nice SAP Office.
Kristin was sharing knowledge in the area of Support and Service.
The SBN CLT members were remote.
A new meeting was agreed. We understand the topic to be complex and in the first meeting we only got the high level perspective. Next meeting we will get more details. After this meeting we hope to be able to do a member survey.
