A move to a RISE contract changes many things.
The for the SBN Conference selected presentations are a result of discussions with the team behind the SBN IT Operations day. Driving forces are Thijs van Haaren and his colleague Subhash Prasad Saha, both from Orkla.
Ketil Martinsen is in SBN responsible for this area and will also lead the sessions at the SBN Conference.
Presentations will cover SAP Cloud ALM, migration from Solution Manager, and all topics related to moving to RISE. On the RISE topic, we will learn about the strict Shared Responsibility Model that RISE operates under and listen to others' experiences of operations under this contract. We will hear about the new features in Cloud ALM and learn from customers using it for operations.
