KPS CX webinar on 2 June – CX half-day event cancelled

Our partner KPS will hold a webinar for us on 2 June from 10 – 11 with the title “Enabling the connected customer journey with KPS and SAP”. Barnaby Moffat, Commercial Director at KPS UK will be the presenter and he will be using examples from one of UK’s leading luxury retailers. This webinar will help you to understand what KPS have done to become SAP’s Customer Experience partner of the year - SAP Pinnacle Awards 2021.

Unfortunately, we made the decision to cancel the half day, Customer Experience event planned for 2 June due to a lack of quality presentations. We will refocus on planning a quality track at the SBN Conference for Customer Experience and Retail together with our partners and members.
