New edition of the SUGEN Digest

For the second time this year, we turned our usual SUGEN Face-to-Face into a digital Event. For all the CLT and GUGO, it was a difficult decision, perhaps even tougher than the one we took last Spring, as it was a repetition of something we hoped not to live again. Still, today we do not know how the situation will evolve, hopefully for the better, today is still too early to know whether SUGEN will be able to meet again for Spring event.
 
Life keeps on going, and with this all our activities around SAP influencing. This is why we come today to you with this new edition of the SUGEN Digest, so to show you how our deep and trustful collaboration with SAP still goes on, notwithstanding the difficult health context we are all living.

You will read about Customer Experience, S/4HANA, E2E Business Processes, Licensing and Globalization Services : all topics where our members need information for SAP about the roadmaps and the vision, and where SAP looks for our feedbacks so to see where to improve in keeping high users' satisfation.
