New face for SBN CX & Retail

Sigurd Skyum

Sigurd Skyum has for the last 15 years worked with SAP and the recent ~10 years as an SAP project manager / advisor.

He has been running several large SAP full-cycle projects covering pre-study’s, vendor selections, contract- and licensing, green field infra/SAP basis install, green field SAP implementation project execution and Service Design for application managed services/transition to support. Moreover, several SAP major and minor upgrade projects.

I’m very happy to wish Sigurd welcome in the team as our new Head of CX and Retail (Sales area in SAP). For us it’s very important to bring value to our members but still not to compete with our partners. Sigurd has long experience and a genuin interest in business solutions but he is not an employee of a consulting company. He is independent from SAP, our partners and customers. For SBN and Adfahrer to be a trustworthy and respected player in the space where we work this is very important. 

Sigurd represents for us a new kind of “SAP head” colleague. He combines the SBN assignment with other assignments. It’s a demanding position and we are very happy Sigurd has accepted to spend parts of his time to create programs for selected member days. 

I believe he will bring us new influences and we very much look forward to work with our new colleague.
