Nordea Liv Norway selects Zalaris for payment outsourcing services

Zalaris ASA has signed a five-year agreement to provide outsourced payment services to Nordea Liv’s approximately 45,000 customers receiving pension services in Norway

Nordea Liv is part of the Nordea Group and is Norway's 3rd largest private life insurance company. Nordea Liv offers occupational pensions, life insurance and savings products for approx. 21,600 companies and more than 700,000 private individuals.

As part of the agreement, Zalaris will manage the payment and reporting of the various benefits Nordea Liv provides to its customers receiving pension services in Norway. The services will be based on Zalaris cloud infrastructure – seamlessly integrated to Nordea Liv' applications for calculation of the various benefits being offered.

Nordea Life, which has received similar services from Zalaris for its own employees for more than 15 years, will now also benefit from the same platform and service capabilities - offering a more modern platform for processing payments to its own customers. Furthermore, this also shows Nordea’s and Zalaris’ commitment to explore joint business opportunities beyond the collaboration that has existed since 2006.

Zalaris celebrates the successful go-live with Danske Bank
