NorgesGruppen invited to its boardroom

The meeting was coordinated by Gunnar Freyr Gunnarsson. 

SBN and Yasmin Awad, Senior Vice President, Global Customer Value Services had the pleasure of an invitation to NorgesGruppen to discuss and share on customer experience. 

The meeting was opened by Gunnar Freyr Gunnarsson, who wished us welcome. As next step we all presented ourselves around the table and then John Christian Hveding took the word. He shared information about Norgesgruppens size, as example they have 28.000 employees and 41.000 if all stores are included. I was impressed of the list of wellknown brands which all are part of NorgesGruppen, which is very long. 

After explaining the companies business, he on a high level, shared the SAP Architecture and Plattform and talked a little about ongoing projects, challenges and ideas for future development. 

This lead into discussion about challenges which in a natural way opened for Yasmin Awad sharing information about the work of her department, and what they do for customers and she int eh end talked a little about some the tools they have made available to support customers.
