Lighthouse Consulting has appointed Steffen Schlimmer as its first Chief Revenue Officer, effective 1 May 2026. The appointment is a deliberate investment in the firm's Norwegian and Nordic SAP practice, reinforcing capacity to serve a growing base of asset-intensive customers in the region.
Norway's energy and industrial sectors are among the most active adopters of SAP Intelligent Asset Management in Europe. Lighthouse has built its specialist position around exactly these use cases, and Schlimmer's appointment is intended to deepen the firm's engagement with Norwegian customers and the wider SAP ecosystem.
Schlimmer brings more than a decade of senior SAP leadership experience to the role, including positions as Chief Customer Officer in SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Group and Chief Business Officer at SAP SE.
