SAP announced that it intends to acquire LeanIX

From the Global Network SUGEN, SBN was informed that SAP announced that it intends to acquire LeanIX, a leading provider of SaaS Enterprise Application Management (EAM) solutions.

LeanIX helps customers make their digital transformations less complex, and with that, more successful, faster, and less costly. LeanIX does this by providing a full view of a company’s current ERP landscape, helping them create a full view of the target IT landscape after transformation and by helping them fully plan out every step of their ERP transformation. The combined offering will provide a uniquely comprehensive foundation for AI-enabled process optimization.

With LeanIX, SAP is planning to create a unique and comprehensive Business Transformation Suite. 

The combination of LeanIX’ IT-led transformation capabilities with RISE and GROW with SAP, SAP Signavio, Cloud application lifecycle management and our SAP Business Technology Platform will be unique.
