In collaboration with user groups a tool and program was designed to provide the insights needed to enable customers to estimate their number of documents, calculate and eventuel make the decision to move to the Digital Access licensing.
1A) Count the documents currently created in your system. Use the SAP Passport tool. The technical requirements summarized in the Central Technical Guidelines. For technical issues with the Passport, please report an incident through the SAP One Support Launchpad, using component CA-GTF-DA.
1B) Or, just identify the approximate # of documents, on the SAP Digital Access Evaluation Service site which only customers can access.
2) When you have facts - If you are interested your SAP Account Executive is the person who can help you.
