New in SuccessFactors Q4 2019 Release

A short introduction to the SuccessFactors Q4 2019 Release, written by Stephen Burr Zalaris.
This is the last Q-relese. From 2020, SAP will move to biannual updates to provide customers more time to understand, test and adopt opt-in features.
The SuccessFactors Q4 2019 release is live from 7th December. There are updates in the general HCM Suite, Employee Central, Platform, Recruiting and Compensation. Check out the articles on areas that are of interest to you for more details.
Two solutions within the in the general HCM Suite do have big changes. Firstly, a new version of Onbording, called Onboarding 2.0 goes on General Availability this month. Secondly, in Learning administration a big change is the move away from Flash to HTML and there is a new set of tools and an improved user experience.
