Technology Questions - Can you please support?

You need to be logged in to post but everyone can see and read the questions. If you post a question a picture from your ID will be used. The questions posted are not mine, I have just posted them for an other member person. For 2 questions I have been using the Team "New and emerging technologies" and one question the S/4HANA team but any relevant team can be used, if you have a question.

Questions:

1. Experience of using Twilio as a connector between SAP Chat Bot and WhatsApp?
2. Have experience on ChaRM og Focused Build fra SAP?

1. Vi bruker SAP Hana og SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud (Solution Version 2011.02.0002). Dvs. vi bruker SAP (Hana) i vårt daglige arbeide, samt C4C. Oppsett er bestemt fra vårt moderselskap.
   
   Registrering av nye kunder er en flaskehals. Kanskje det er noen snarveier som vi ikke bruker, som allerede ligger i systemet? Det er enklere å fremme en endringsprosess, hvis vi har forslag til løsning:-)
