The SUGEN meeting in November was interactive and sharing as SUGEN meetings are. In the group picture also Thomas Saueressig who made a fantastic presentation explaining the background to the RISE agreement. 

Gianmaria Perancin, Chairman SUGEN CLT, Chairman Utilisateurs SAP Francophones, USF stresses the importance of the SUGEN meeting in November were the SUGEN community had in-depth discussion with Thomas Saueressig about how SAP supports customers in adopting cloud and clean core. SUGEN plays a key role. Members in our User Groups will be satisfied with SAP solutions and products only if the partners can be up to date and trained with all innovations provided by SAP and implement them efficiently.

The SUGEN network is representing the sounding board of the SAP ecosystem, providing tangible valuable feedback. SUGEN is helping SAP understanding its customers’ and partners’ expectations.

It is through continuous honest and constructive feedback SUGEN keeps its value in the future.

 

Our SBN Conference Keynote speaker Kai Mühlbauer, Global Head of AI Product & Partner Management at SAP, highlighted SAP's AI strategy at the SUGEN meeting.

 

SBNs Eva-Maria Fahrer shared expereince in a session which emphasized the interconnectedness of challenges and opportunities within the SAP ecosystem. Together with Louise Steenekamp, Vice Chair from AFSUG, George Papadopoulos, Chief Operating Officer at SAP Australian User Group and Mathilde Fleury, Manager International & SAP Relationship at USF France.
