Why WalkMe and what is it? Here are the answers.

Most people have probably noticed that SAP has acquired WalkMe, which will be a supplement and complement to Enable Now as SAP's digital adoption platform (DAP).  The idea is to support processes that cut across different applications, such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors. WalkMe is also intended as part of the solutions that SAP offers in connection with major transformation projects, which means that WalkMe will become part of SAP's Business Transformation Group, where Signavio and LeanIx also belong. Here is what SAP itself writes in its press release about the acquisition this fall:

"WalkMe’s innovative technology enables seamless workflow execution across business software applications, improving user experience and adoption and supporting business transformation. WalkMeX’s AI capabilities will supercharge SAP’s copilot Joule with context-aware and proactive help across workflows, allowing users to become more productive."

The answers to what, why and how when it comes to WalkMe can be found here in this webinar: "Drive next level user adoption from your technology investments with WalkMe" - December 13, from 0900 - 1000
