SAPs Anja Weber would like to inform you that she and her collegues will start a new SAP Customer Connection project for SAP CRM on premise (2020) on January 16, 2020 (see detail agenda below). SAP CRM on premise (2020). Feedback from customers is essential for SAP to improve our solutions in productive use. The SAP Customer Connection program is created to collect and process this feedback.

• How to participate: process and tools
SAP Customer Connection works in projects with a fixed product scope and timeline. In these projects, SAP customers collect improvement requests for SAP products in mainstream maintenance. The SAP team will review requests with a minimum of 10 supporting customers (by votes) and deliver accepted requests via SAP Notes and Support Packages.
