This time we will do the exercise together with the South African User Group.

The forum is designed for SAP customers who is responsible for agreements, contracts, licensing, and strategic IT architecture. It provides a platform to share experiences, raise challenges, and discuss forward-looking approaches with peers in the SAP ecosystem.

Discussion topics include:

• Analytics planning
  • How are you approaching analytics in your organisation?
  • With new package solutions and license models being introduced – what has your experience been?
  • How will you manage existing solutions?
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • How are you planning for AI and ML adoption in your SAP landscape?
• Cloud ALM
  • Are you using SAP Cloud ALM and if so, how?
• Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • How are you thinking and planning around BTP services?
  • What has been your experience with the BTP credit system?
• Application tools
  • With LeanIX, Signavio and WalkMe no longer classified as Add-ons, how are you preparing and planning for this change?

We anticipate many additional topics will emerge during discussions and encourage participants to share their challenges and insights.
