Presented by Johannes Strasser who is a certified Business Process Intelligence and RISE with SAP product enthusiast, leading the CoE for SAP Signavio at Westernacher Consulting. Prior, he performed as Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, operating in the area of Enterprise Applications for a range of Fortune 500 clients throughout Europe.

His consulting focus covers SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Business Process Intelligence, including analysis, optimization and change management. He has in-depth knowledge in regard to Business Process Transformation with SAP Signavio and a strong passion for digital innovations.

Coop Danmark | End-to-end business transparency with SAP S/4 HANA & KPS
Casper Hovard and Jørgen Klüwer from KPS are proud to present insights about the Coop Danmark digitalisation project, one of the largest SAP S/4HANA Retail transformations in the Nordics.
The central challenge was setting up an entirely new back-end IT infrastructure at Coop Denmark to establish an always up-to-date end-to-end transparency of all processes. In this presentation, we will share how this digitalisation project was successfully executed and managed by Coop and KPS.

Jørgen Klüwer: Jørgen Klüwer is Vice President at KPS responsible for the Nordic region. Prior to joining KPS in 2014 and driving the company's growth in the Nordic region, he held senior positions in retail at Danish retailer Salling Group. He has over 25 years of management experience, particularly in retail and IT.
 
Casper Hovard: Casper Hovard is Partner at KPS and manager of the Danish SAP business. Casper is a senior program manager and IT business consultant, with more than 20 years of IT experience, including management of all aspects of SAP implementations and maintenance.
