Roadmap and update on SAP PLM Engineering Control Center (ECTR) presented by the SAP product owner Gerhard Himmelsbach. ECTR combines mechanical and electrical and electronic design data into to create holistic definitions and cross-discipline collaboration also for very complex products. Business data from SAP scan be integrated with design information from authoring systems for mechanical computer-aided design (MCAD) and electrical and electronic computer-aided design (ECAD) software.
