17:45 Guided walk to the restaurant. Meeting point is hotel reception.

March 25,
8:00 Pickup at hotel and joint transport to SAP Walldorf, building WDF 21
8.45-12.30 SBN Program.

•   9:00-10:00 Visit at Leonardo Experience Centre.
• 10:00-10:15 Walk back
• 10:15-11:15 SBN Knowledge sharing including a break
• 11:15 -12:12 Speaker to be confirmed shortly. 

Start of program arranged by VNSG User Group and SAP.
12:30-14:00 Check in and Networking Lunch.
14:00  Welcome and SAP KeyNotes:

• Enabling the Intelligent Enterprise with Artificial Intelligence, Isabel Kremers Ulf Brackmann,
• Introduction GUGO.Yasmin shares information about the team supporting the SBN User Group and new services. Yasmin Awad  16:30 – 16:45

17:30 Pickup at SAP Walldorf and joint transport to Hotel Panorma (2-3 busses as this is all teams)
18:40 Walk to the restaurant, meeting point hotel reception.
19.00-23.00: Joint dinner - Heidelberger Kulturbrauerei, Leyergasse 6

March 26, 
7:45 Pickup in the corner of Bergheimer Strasse and Rohrbacher Strasse next to Mr. Zhao Nudelshop where buss picks up up for joint transport to SAP Walldorf with all User Groups.
8.30-13.15: The "Meet the experts" session where you can talk to SAP product owners and developer to discuss the software products, get information about the new upcomming developments and influence the future prouct.  Standing lunch with possibility to discuss with peers.
13.30: Pickup of the SBN team at SAP Walldorf  (just outside as previous days) - Bus transport to the Frankfurt Airport ti be there at 15:00 for flight at earliest 16:00
