Through the Global SAP Global User Group Organization I had the opportunity to listen to Sven Feurer, Sr. Director CX Product Success Product & Engineering, SAP SE. He was so entusiastic about the new CX functionality and the CX functionality videos available on on YouTube I just have to share the information and links with you.

According to Sven Feurer the SAP Business Data Cloud wich was launched in February is a milestone in SAPs life in importance as important as the lauch of the HANA database. Application, data and AI are brought together uniqly for SAP.
