First participants arrive. 

Didrik Arstad, Head of HR at SBN-Adfahrer opend the day held in very nice facilities provided by NTT DATA Business solutions.

The first presentation was by Jarle Hildrum, PhD, Director at Deloitte: Generativ Kunstig Intelligens (AI) og HR Analyser. The slide shows the use in Norway of AI as a graph. 2023 everyne "get to know" tested, 2024 tests related to business improvements where performed and 2025 useful cases are and will be implemented.

Here he showed where AI can support an improvement project initiated by the HR department.

Siste nytt innen HR hentet fra Waldorf-reisen 2025 was presented by Marita Johansen, Head of Consulting Project at Sariba. This presentation is a favorite for many in the audience as Marita collects the most important stuff out of two days presentations and makes it easy to understand.

Marita showed the SAP Road Map presented at SAP in Walldorf Germany. She explained the new stuff relevant for the HR community.

Concur og Al. A demo and Road Map was presented by Halvard Løchen, Chief Digitalization Officer with Sariba remote from Spain.

Stine Lien Eriksen, Director - Human Experience Management at NTT DATA Business Solutions said she was happy to present again. She is wellknown at a favorite among many in the audience. She presented this time EU's Lonnstransparensdirektiv (EC Pay
Transparency Directive) which generated a lot of dicussion on mixed topics but some on  Male/Female salary levels which is a bit sensitve.

Payroll Control Center was presented by Marita Johansen, Head of Consulting Project at Sariba. A presentation which generated interactivity.

May-Britt Jørgensen Senior Manager Solution at Sariba and Marita Johansen presented integration to Altinn for absence related to sickness. There was a lot of questions also for this presentation which also was supported by the next presenter Marit Andersson, SAP.

Lokaliseringsnytt for Norge was presented by Marit Andersen, Localization Product Manager Norway Globalization Services at SAP. Altinn 3 is upcomming which was one of the hot topics. Many questions and comments where also generated by this presentation.
