Experience of IT Operations and Data Sync Manager (DSM) at Norgesgruppen
NorgesGruppen is on RISE Sakthivel will share from his experience from Operations beeing a RISE customer. He will then dig into data and the use of data Sync Manager which is a tool to copy and mask data between and within SAP® ABAP-stack landscapes is used in Norgesgruppen.

Fredrik Borli, who has led Aurobay’s SAP RISE operations for the past two years, provides concrete, experience-based insights. Since joining Aurobay three years ago, Fredrik has driven a dramatic improvement in system stability: proactivvely working on reducing incident volume through clear ownership, structured processes, and close collaboration with SAP.
