Polestar is on RISE and will share experience of their adoption of Clean Core
Clean Core requires a shift in mindset. To achieve clean core a new way of working must be adapted. In this session Karthik will present how Polestar achieves Clean Core and what are the main advantages of having a clean core. Next to this also a short talk through on the things you should stop doing (for example heavy custom development) and what are the alternative ways to achieve the same business objectives.

Fredrik Borli, who has led Aurobay’s SAP RISE operations for the past two years, provides concrete, experience-based insights. Since joining Aurobay three years ago, Fredrik has driven a dramatic improvement in system stability: proactivvely working on reducing incident volume through clear ownership, structured processes, and close collaboration with SAP.
