Erfaringer med heldigitale prosjekter
Det siste året har Sariba hatt flere prosjekter som har vært kjørt heldigitalt uten fysisk kontakt. Dette har også blitt gjort med suksess for prosjektaktiviteter vi ikke tidligere trodde var mulige å digitalisere uten for store negative konsekvenser. Det har gitt noen ulemper, men helt klart også noen fordeler. Vi vil dele våre erfaringer med hva som har fungert mindre bra, men også hvilke muligheter det har gitt og hvordan det kan fungere ved å tenke nytt. I tillegg vil vi også se på hva som må tas hensyn til når man ikke kan møtes fysisk og hva vi har opplevd at må gjøres annerledes.

Utfordringen i mange prosjekter er hvordan man kan levere gevinstene som har blitt lovet i business casen og identifisere og levere "quick wins". IBM skal presentere en kunde case fra et stort S/4 HANA prosjekt hvor Fiori og Workflow har blitt brukt til å utvikle en "quick win" applikasjon innen S/4 logistikk området. Nøkkel ord her er:

Yara’s PRISMA Program – opportunities, challenges, and learning in changing AMS &/or Infrastructure partners for SAP solutions
PRISMA was an IT driven Program in Yara, requiring the migration and transformation of nearly 500 servers which supported about 200 business applications (many global in scope), including Yara’s central finance & core ERP system, YSAP (SAP ECC). 
PRISMA also involved changing the incumbent, infrastructure and AMS supplier of more than a decade.  The program completed successfully in 12 months and there are some key learnings for companies facing similar transition and transformations (T&T) of legacy systems and services.

Equinor – Move2Cloud
Equinor supported by Accenture have run a major project to move their entire SAP landscape to the Microsoft Azure platform. Jarl Ivar Ingebrigtsen, Equinor’s Project Manager and Chandra Shekhar Singh, Accenture’s chief architectural adviser will explain the challenges they encountered and the benefits they achieved from moving SAP onto a hyperscaler, technology platform.

Global continuous improvements within the accounting processes @Statkraft
Statkraft started a program in the fall of 2017 with the objective to have a dedicated focus on continuous global and local improvements within the accounting processes. The program was tasked to find, prioritize and implement improvement ideas in a structured way. Statkraft is actively pursuing efficiency gains from improvements in their SAP system as well as digitalization technologies such as Robotics process automation (RPA)

Global S/4 HANA implementation during new reality
Deloitte is currently embarking on one of the largest S/4HANA implementations in the world and have recently been implementing in a number of their European countries as part of a global roll-out. The benefits of getting the Deloitte organization on the same S/4HANA platform to support their clients on transformation journeys through cross-border transparency is one of their key objectives. A key challenge has been overcoming Covid-19 restrictions when delivering a complex, business transformation program. The program has a high need for stakeholder buy-in, contains new ways of training delivery, has purely virtual and digital design sessions, and key phases alongside virtual testing of one of the most important parts of a professional services company’s business model. Join the session to understand how and why Deloitte took on this S/4HANA implementation during the Covid-19 period.
