How to start your S/4HANA journey & lessons learnt from S/4HANA implementations
While, many companies are aware and convinced of the need to move to S/4HANA, they are unsure of the path to take and additionally, the transformation raises a lot of questions and concerns such as:

• What changes in S/4HANA compared to SAP ECC?
• What are the business and IT benefits associated with S/4HANA? How do I build a business case for S/4HANA?
• Which adoption option should I select, greenfield, brownfield. Could I move to cloud?
• What are the impacts and possibilities of S/4HANA on the surrounding IT architecture?
• How do I start the transformation and what will my overall roadmap look like?

Capgemini has a designated methodology called Highway to S/4HANA, which essentially addresses these questions and helps companies to embark on their S/4HANA transformation journey towards an Intelligent and Renewable enterprise. In addition, this presentation will touch upon the lessons learnt from S/4HANA implementations. As of now, Capgemini has more than 65 live implementations of S/4HANA globally.

Helse Midt Norges migrering til S/4 HANA 
Helse Midt Norge, har nylig migrert fra ECC 6 til S/4 HANA. Prosjektet var levert på plan (6 mnd.), innenfor budsjett og til avtalt kvalitet. Konvertering var gjennomført i samarbeid med IBM Norge og SAP Norge. Rune Mollan from Accenture will present how a Nordic company is using Accenture’s tools for identifying the necessary ABAP code remediation and how this process can, to a large extent, be automated. We will also see examples of how Accenture’s own tools go further than SAP’s standard tools in identifying the functional impact of the S/4 migration as a start to a better planned and more controlled migration from ECC to S/4.
