SBB and its experience with SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration.
External service providers are involved/contracted as part of the maintenance of SBB's technical assets. To ensure compliant and safe execution, the service provider must be given access to the valid maintenance-relevant information. The service provider must be able to report technical information (What was carried out by whom and how?) back to the SBB as the system operator so that SBB can meet its verification requirements. With SAP Business Network Asset Collaboration, this process can be handled in an integrated, system-controlled and efficient way.
