This is all about the scoping of your S/4HANA project, the why and what.
How to involve the business and the management of your company to move your old, monolithic legacy system to a future-proof ERP-system, to a platform for digital transformation.
What are your internal and external drivers and where do you see business skills that need to be enhanced through the move or where do you have commodity processes that may be consumed as standard, these are some of the main questions that we seek to find answers to.
Some other questions may include the following:
- What does “Value Creation” mean for your business? Who defines what that value potential is and how it could/should be realised?

- How can we use the latest technologies to change user experiences and improve business processes by adding in Generativ AI, ML, digital assistants etc. to bring new perspectives to what can be possible and how the SAP core can elevate these experiences.
