How to deploy a SAP system through a structured process, as example the SAP Activate methodology which includes phases like Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run supported by Cloud ALM or other tool. 

We exchange knowledge on the use of Activate and SAP Cloud ALM, as well as data migration, best practise and fit-to-standard workshops. We share experience on how to reduce customization and keep the SAP Core clean.

In addition, we have Bouvet with a new approach to innovative technology projects, Zalaris on Aker BP's Success Factors, Fieldglass and HR implementation, a top SAP Project Manager on the practical use of Activate, Coop on piloting an agile based, fully integrated project planning tool, developed with Focused Build plus a tour of the IBM Innovation Centre .....
