During the session, Joyce Qiao, Supply Chain Controller and Solution Architect at vidaXL will outline the transformation from fragmented, manual, and tool-constrained data processes to a streamlined and scalable data operating model enabled by Prospecta’s Master Data Online (MDO) Tool. The OLD landscape relied heavily on manual extractions, a fragmented legacy toolset, and individual knowledge, which limited our data availability, processing capacity, and operational efficiency.
 
Introducing MDO enabled us to automate product master data creation, and embed data transformation, business rules, and validations into a centralized and sustainable framework. It ensures faster and more stable integration with SAP and non-SAP operational systems, while supporting high-volume data loads and complex calculations required by growing business demands.

WaterWipes is the manufacturer of the world’s purest baby wipes, trusted by parents and healthcare professionals across more than 50 countries - including neonatal intensive care units. For a brand built on safety and purity, data accuracy and compliance are not optional; they are fundamental.

Following rapid global growth and a major SAP transformation to S/4HANA, IBP, Datasphere, and SAC, WaterWipes identified a critical gap: SAP data governance had not been embedded into the new landscape.
