Our ongoing journey of streamlining the planning & forecasting process across 20 countries, five business areas and two staff areas. By replacing manual processes in Excel with ONE integrated planning & forecasting model in SAP Analytics Cloud, we've achieved:

• Unified data sources: Explore how our project seamlessly integrates data from SAP Business Warehouse, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Efficiency: Spend less time on data handling and more time on insight and strategic decisions.
• Quality Enhancement: Our integrated approach ensures data accuracy and consistency.
• Process optimisation: SAC harmonises planning across diverse business areas, with one common data model, and several tailored made front-end interfaces to adapt to specific needs.
