Digitalisering av finansfunksjonen i Statkraft
 /   Statkraft gjennomfører i samarbeid med EY et digitaliseringsprogram for finansfunksjonen i konsernet. Roy Eidset og Marco Tussing fra Statkraft, og Sindre Johansen fra EY Skye deler sine erfaringer rundt hvordan digitalisering brukes som virkemiddel for å oppnå CFO-områdets målsetninger. Dette innebærer økt fokus på verdiskapende aktiviteter, effektiv og kostnadseffektiv drift gjennom standardisering og automatisering på tvers av prosesser og systemer, samt bygging av digital kompetanse i organisasjonen.

De vil forklare hvordan disse målsetningene oppnås gjennom et høyt fokus på inkrementelle forbedringer, kombinert med å ta i bruk forskjellige verktøy for automatisering av prosesser (RPA++), visualisering av data (Lumira + SAC), process mining (Celonis) og til slutt deres roadmap for neste generasjon ERP.

Basis for digitalisering innenfor CFO-området er god datakvalitet i vår basisplatform (SAP) og de vil også kort beskrive hvordan de angriper dette.

SAP Anno 2020 - Et kildesystem eller selve grunnlag for digitalisering?

   Vi ser at IT landskapet hos mange av kundene våre er i stor endring. Det er flere store drivere i dette som henger tett sammen. Et par av de viktigste er:

1. Skyløsninger i flere former - PaaS og SaaS
2. Det etter hvert slitte ordet Digitalisering

Tempoet man tar i bruk nye teknologier og produkter på øker. Det er fokus på effektivisering og besparelser, prosesser endres og automatiseres. "Gamle" systemer åpnes opp, data sammenstilles på nye måter, data deles på nye måter, begrensninger i on Premise serverkraft og teknologi fjernes.

Hva er SAP sin plass i det digitale økosystemet den enkelt bransje og kunde er i ferd med å etablere? Er SAP bare et on Premise legacy-system med kildedata som må hentes ut på en eller annen måte og leveres til en datasjø? Eller er det, som SAP profilerer det, selve grunnlaget for å drive IT landskapet videre?

Det er mange valg og problemstillinger for beslutningstakere i dette landskapet og vi ser kundene våre tilnærmer seg dette på ulik måte. Eksempler og noen problemstillinger belyses.

Hvordan brukes Robotics Process Automation (RPA) og SAP til å automatisere og effektivisere finans prosesser?

  Equinor's erfaring med RPA (Robot i Finans).  

Equinor har brukt RPA i over 2 år for å automatisere og effektivere prosesser. Fordelene med RPA er at manuelle prosesser kan automatiseres relativt raskt uten tekniske endringer i SAP og andre systemer.

Krig, fred og SAP - Veien fra systemforvaltning til kontinuerlig leveranse hos Forsvaret

Ledelse på godt og vondt

  Lære deg om ledelse, team og kulturbygging av lederen som ble kåret til verdens beste konserndirektør innen HR, i et konsern med ca. 500 000 ansatte i femti land. Etter nesten 30 år som konserndirektør i ISS i Norge med ca. 10 000 ansatte, er han nå pensjonert, men fortsatt like nysgjerrig og vitebegjærlig. Han ble for ca. åtte år siden rammet av hjernesykdommen Parkinson. Da han fikk beskjeden, deppet han kraftig i 60 minutter, før han bestemte seg for å finne ut mest mulig av sykdommen. Etter dette har han skrevet to bøker om hjernen, holder foredrag og er stadig på farten.

The power of mixed reality as digital support for field workers

  Bouvet have developed a solution to assist field workers within industries like electricity and Oil & Gas. The solution consists of a HoloLens application used by the field worker, enabling hands-free interaction, seamless communication with a remote expert (remote assistance), instant access to relevant documentation and data, all while you are executing your planned work orders live from SAP.

The field worker’s site visit is digitized 100%; so, after completing their assignments, no further time-consuming documentation is needed.

Experience of Payroll Control Centre
  How do you run payroll today? Do you do a lot of controls at the end of the process, when an actual payroll run has been started? Payroll Control center is a tool that can help improve the quality on payroll by continuously monitoring the upcoming process. Checking and monitoring HR master data and payroll related data for upcoming period by simulating and storing a complete result. The tool is very flexible,  enabling  you to set rules that is continuously monitored for a future pay period. When real payroll is run there should be no or minor deviations.  The set-up is based on Fiori and is intuitive. In addition to a better overview for the payroll administrator it also provides managers the ability to view status on processes.

We would like to share our experience with implementing this tool.

Efficiency and cost savings with real Blockchain use cases

  Magnus Jones will cover Blockchain from concept to reality. Even if blockchain technology may appear as immature in many areas, there are a lot of businesses who have implemented it and started to use the technology providing them with major cost savings and efficiencies. EY has carried out more than 200 fully working implemented Blockchain projects, some of them also integrated into SAP. Forenkling og automatisering av prosesser på Statkraft Tofte AS 
  Statkraft Tofte AS ønsket å flytte driften fra Statkraft Markets Gmbh til Statkraft Tofte AS, samt forenkle og automatisere sine prosesser rundt Biomasse. Prosjektet klarte både å rulle ut eksisterende Statkraft SAP løsning samt forbedre og automatisere Statkraft Tofte prosessene på ca. 6 måneder med svært få ressurser, og ingen jobbet mer enn 50%-60% med prosjektet. SAP er ikke alltid store og dyre prosjekter. Vi kommer til å snakke desidert mest om effektiviseringen og automatisering som Statkraft har gjort globalt og på Tofte.

Disse standard prosessene i SAP basert på Statkraft sin SAP mal blev implementert.

• Masterdata og organisasjonsstruktur, samt at vi har definert roller og ansvar.
• Innkjøpsforespørsler (behandling av alle forespørsler og tilbud, samt oversikt og kontroll over alle innkjøpskontrakter)
• Innkjøpsordre, samt behandling av varemottak og innkommende fakturaer.

 Mark Hayton, who is Org Development Analytics Global Lead at Nokia will share how they have used Qualtrics to support the change-journey the company Nokia has made the last years. Nokia has been using Qualtrics for Employee Experience also from before SAP bought the solution. He will also share a little bit about how they today integrate employee and customer perceptions and what he has on the wish list for the future and share how an integrated approach can bring HRs and people processes closer to the customer.

Fremtidens kundereiser i retail

Det skjer store forandringer innen handelsbransjen for tiden og vi ønsker å belyse disse endringene i paneldebatten på SBN. I år vil paneldebatten på SBN fokusere spesielt på å utvikle kundereiser for varehandelen og hvilke endringer som skal til for å utvikle et optimalt tjenestedesign for omni-kanal. Over 60% av deres trafikk og transaksjoner kommer i dag fra mobile kanaler og dette stiller veldig store krav til å utvikle et optimalt tjenestedesign. Dere vil få innsikt i hvordan de store kjedene i varehandelen jobber med kundereiser i dag og hvordan de tror fremtidens kundereiser vil se ut. Innen kundereiser er Customer Experience (CX), et nytt fagfelt og hvordan dette vil påvirke detaljhandelen. I paneldebatten vil vi belyse følgende tema innen CX:

• Hva vil kjedene definere som nytt med CX?

Journey to the Cloud for SAP Landscape at Mars Inc
  Accenture helped Mars Inc to migrate their SAP BW and related system landscape on to Microsoft Azure. This is one of the largest SAP BW on HANA instances in existence with scale out configuration of approx. 16 TB DB size. The journey was successfully completed in less than 6 months. Accenture will talk about key success factors, lessons learned and things to watch out for in a Journey to the Cloud project with stringent timelines.

Hurtigruten - Greenfield til SAP S/4 Hana som del av transformasjon av økonomifunksjonen.

  Hurtigruten har vyer og endrer sin strategi for å beskjeftige sine skip i mer enn å dekke transportbehovet langs Norges kyst. Det får følger for hele organisasjonen og ikke minst regnskaps- og økonomifunksjonen, som er i midt i en transformasjonsreise hvor SAP S/4 Hana er en viktig brikke for at Finance skal kunne møte disse nye kravene. Å kunne levere styrings- og beslutningsinformasjon på alle nivåer har ført til at man har måttet tenke helt nytt og i dette tilfelle snakker vi om å hente beste praksis rett ut av boksen og å gjøre en såkalt Greenfield implementering av SAP S/ 4 Hana. Det er en spennende reise hvor Go Live er satt til 1. oktober. Vi får høre hva man har gjort, hvordan det er gjort, hvorfor og hva man kan høste av erfaringer så langt.

  Operational data from an SAP system shows what is happening in the business, combine this with eXperience data from Qualtrics and you understand why it is happening.  Qualtrics can be seen as the new and red thread in SAP's entire portfolio. With Qualtrics, you can get answers on how people experience the brand, products, internal and external services. Qualtrics will interact with as example SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Concur to collect information in the Employee Experience process.

Vidar Hodnekvam - En bunnsolid standup’er
  Komiker og programleder, med debut i 2007. Han har hatt flere opptredener i Norge, Finland, England og USA og her vil han fleipe litt om ulike ting hvor noe kan ha skjedd i løpet av årets konferanse 

Vidar tillhører Latters Klubbscene faste headlinerne siden mange år. I 2009 og 2010 var han en sentral artist i oppsetningen av «Standup Juleshow» på Ricks som fikk terningkast fem av Bergens Tidende begge år. Han vært med Thomas Giertsen sin Humorgalla i Oslo. Han var en av tre i showet «Bergensbølgen» og  med i «Julelatter» i 2017. Vidar har også hatt sitt eget show på VG-TV som het VHS.

• 2009 og 2010 vant han prisen som beste artist under Skjemtegauk-festivalen.
• 2013 vant han Vidarprisen for beste opptreden på Humorfest i Bergen.
• 2015 Komiprisen i kategorien «Beste Standup».
